Departure: Time for something new.

Our esteemed and long-standing managing director Mr. Jürgen Wyes has had to leave QTM Service GmbH at the end of May 2022 for health reasons. In the course of this, we are restructuring the organization of QTM. After almost 13 years, the management will for the first time pass back into the hands of the owner family Quenzel. We have filled the responsibility for the individual business areas of QTM in the form of long-standing employees who are already known to you.

In order to equip ourselves for an increasingly dynamic global marketplace, we have also been able to attract knowledgeable and well-connected people to support the management in the form of an advisory board. In addition, we will be expanding our product and service portfolio in the future as follows:

We are expanding the range of services in the area of punching machines by adding products from another renowned, international machine manufacturer. Here, QTM will take over the succession of this manufacturer’s long-standing, exclusive distributor for a large number of European countries. Further information will follow shortly.

In order to be able to realize related tasks in the interest of our customers even more efficiently and quickly in the future, we will expand our range of products in the field of automation by introducing QTM modular solutions. Our many years of experience in the field of machining, as well as mechanical and electrical assembly and the modern equipped machinery of QTM will enable us to offer our customers manufacturing and production services for series and individual production of components and assemblies in the future. Change of name to reflect the status quo

Since 2003, QTM Service GmbH has been a service provider and machine dealer for WUPA, WPM and Heidelberg Dymatrix diecutting machines. At the latest since the acquisition of Unirobot Maschinen + Service GmbH in 2020 and the takeover of the exclusive, Europe-wide commercial agency for die cutters from the Japanese manufacturer SANWA in July 2022, our previous company name no longer reflected our comprehensive service portfolio.

For this reason, we have decided to change the name of QTM Service GmbH to QTM Automatisierung, Maschinen und Service GmbH. At the same time, we have also revised our previous company logo and given it a modern interpretation. This is purely a change of name. All general business, sales and delivery conditions as well as business data (e.g. trade register number, bank details, VAT ID, address etc.) remain unchanged. Of course, all previous contracts and agreements also remain unchanged. We would only like to ask you to change our company name in your data masters.
