Machine overhauls

An overview of our overhaul and reconditioning work on used die-cutting machines for paper, cardboard and corrugated board processing in the packaging industry.

A.Professional cleaning includes e.g.

  • Dismantling of the cladding parts
  • Cleaning of the punch body, feeder in our washing cabin
  • Cleaning of all small parts by hand
  • Preparation and painting of machines and cladding parts

B.Technical preparation e.g.

  • Renewal of wear parts
  • Replacement of defective parts
  • Overhaul of the gripper carriages
  • Rail system/chain guides are refitted to the system patented by QTM, see quality

C. Customer acceptance

  • Directly at the QTM plant with customer material, if desired

Our punching machines are reconditioned to a high standard and are therefore an economical alternative to new machines.
