The most important part of our service guideline is the availability of spare parts for our Die Cutters and automation systems. We have our own production park with state-of-the-art CNC production machines with a very high manufacturing depth. Our spare parts warehouse includes all service relevant machine parts, also for sheet punches that are older than 20 years! Thanks to our own courier service partner, we can also enable a short-term delivery of the parts in case of an emergency, even at weekends or overnight.
The high quality of our machine products also enables a circulation exchange e.B. for gripper bars. You send us your gripper bar in need of repair for overhaul or, if it must be particularly fast, you will receive an exchange gripper bar.
We overtake individual large-scale assemblies such as the upper table, gearbox essays or Dyset systems at our location in Schwalmtal.
You will receive a 12-month warranty on our spare parts.
