Alternations and modification of a standard die cutter to include an additional delivery station and new pile alignment on all sides at the feeder.
Inline infeed type RF 1730.
Automated and continuous feeding of corrugated board sheets with constant pile pressure at the infeed system of the print-punch line.
The stacks are taken over at the infeed either manually or from the existing logistics system.
High-speed palletising system type HPS
for depositing outer cartons. These very short cycle times are achieved by a modular double multi-axis linear system, which ensures high palletising performance through anti-cyclical operation. Can be integrated into logistics lines with connection to further processing stations such as strappers or stretchers.
Inline Feeder System Type IFS
for direct removal of the stacks of panels from the die-cutting machine. The stacks of blanks are taken over by a multi-track gripper, checked and fed to any further processing (e.g. packaging machines). In addition to checking for the correct number of blanks in the stack, this system also offers space for further QA-relevant checks in the inline process, including the possibility of rejecting NIO stacks.
Robot Loader Type RL
The RL closes the automation gap between the die cutter and the folder gluer FKM. The blanks are removed from the pallet and the FKM is inserted in the correct position. This is ensured in conjunction with the QTM turning station and the robot.
