Our engineering department consists of mechanical and electrical engineers who work with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM systems. This enables us to constantly offer up-to-date developments to improve productivity and availability on existing machines and systems for retrofitting. Particularly successful are e.B. our patented rail systems for Die Cutter, our quick-release frames for punching and breaking tools, or our conversion of old PLC controllers to QTM-Siemens-S7 controllers.
Due to the ever-increasing demand for the availability and performance of flatbed Die Cutter, QTM has developed a modification program for the field of sheet transport. The new chain guide system with an optimal geometry and material pairing made of steel-plastic offers you clear advantages, which we would like to list below:
These properties form the basis for a much longer service life of the transport chain with the associated chain guides and gripperbars. At the same time, a long-term reduction of maintenance costs and higher availability for your Die Cutting machine is achieved. A conversion of the rail system to the patented system from QTM is also partially possible.
The quick-release frame is intended for installation in Dymatrix 105, 106 and 113, WPM 304 and WPM 400 punching machines. The quick-release frame is used to accommodate and attach the upper tool in the stripping station of the Die Cutting machine. Through the three adjustment ranges:
the top and bottom tools can be aligned exactly to each other. All controls of the fine adjustments and the clamps are arranged on the operator side to ensure a quick tool change.
