Since 2018, we have also been training mechatronics engineers. We always offer our customers long-term support for their machines. This is done, for example, via helpline, highly efficiently with modern AR video support as well as personally on site at our customers.
For our customers, we offer fast and efficient remote diagnostics. This means that we see what you see and can immediately give you concrete instructions on your laptop or smartphone display to directly identify possible causes of faults or even fix them immediately. In the meantime, you will be on the phone with one of our technicians from the service department. Of course, if there is a problem, we will also come out to you and take a look at the situation on site. We are aware that speed and efficiency in troubleshooting is essential to minimize production downtime and get your machine up and running again quickly.
