Machine products that are always available, even in case of emergency
In our QTM spare parts warehouse, we have access to around 300,000 spare parts with which we can supply not only our die cutters but also our automation systems. We are always aware that spare parts are needed especially when you don’t expect them: in an emergency. This is exactly why we attach great importance to reliable availability, even for machines that are more than 20 years old. In order to be able to provide our customers with the parts as quickly as possible, we have a reliable courier service partner who also enables very prompt deliveries, for example at the weekend or overnight.
Of course, our customers receive a warranty of at least 12 months on all spare parts. In addition, thanks to the high quality of our machine products, we offer a rotation exchange for gripper carts, for example. If it has to go particularly fast, this means that you receive a replacement gripper carriage directly from us and send us your gripper carriage in need of repair for overhaul. We carry out complex repairs and large assemblies at our QTM location in Schwalmtal.
