Thanks to our precise CNC machinery, we process the material of your choice from general structural steels to heat-treatable steels to stainless steels and aluminum on request! Mechanical processing
Our machine park has a total of five modern CNC machining centers, three lathes and one grinding machine. On these we manufacture components up to a maximum size of 2,600 mm or Ø 400 x 2,000 mm and a component weight of up to 2,200 kg.
Steel construction and sheet metal working
Our welders, certified according to EN ISO 9606-01, manufacture frames, machine platforms, railings and machine cladding. Whether according to drawing or including planning by our construction department. If desired, we also paint your construction for you.
Assembly of components
In addition to component production, we also take care of the final assembly of your modules – mechanically as well as electrically. Do you also need support in the development and design of your assemblies and modules? Our design department is ready to assist you with words and deeds!
